pretty good condition. few scratches, no oxidizing.

fits perfect in my 84 suburban ( i assume it would fit K5s as well.)

great for tools, secure weapon storage, etc.
keep screwdrivers and wrenches from hitting you or your family in the head in a wreck or wheeling.
