Diamond Plate Instrument Panel

Guys, I just wanted to know if anyone out there has ever seen a chrome diamond-plate instrument panel for a K5? I don't even know if they exist because I've been looking for one for some time now. What do you guys think? Has anyone ever made one? I'd like to buy/make one to put my speedo, tach, and gauges on in the same stock-style set up. I'd sure appreciate some input if anyone out there has seen something like this.

I've seen metal plate used, but never diamond plate. I don't see why it won't work. I have a brushed aluminum plate that my guages set in. I like it. If you do it post some pics. Good luck!
