ok...I am bored staying inside out of the heat...so I turn on Velocity and the Mecum auction is on.

Here comes a 1987 K 1500....it sold for $20,000!

And here is a Blazer that has a sharkskin interior...I don't like that look but I gotta say...that guy did a good job on it....it went for $27,000

that carpet looked like 100k miles in that truck.

or someone dont know how to detail a carpet in a vehicle . dam. :doah:

does that pickup have a dump bed? or is it bent in the middle?

I couldn't believe it went for that either...maybe everything goes for more at an auction like that, but how much is the auction's cut?

There were some great muscle cars in that auction.

Looks straight to me:dunno: Not 20k straight though:haha:

Seeing that makes me wanna take my burb over there. They do them around me quite a bit. One of my buddies sold a 65 impala there. dont remember what cut they got though:dunno:

i was looking at the gap of the top of the bed comparative to the bottom, just looks wider to me at the top......

ridiculous money for these trucks

I dont want to lose my burb, but if I could get somebody with more money than brains to give me 15 or 20K it'd be gone in a minute. Then I'd pay off my loan on it, the crewcab, and pay a few other things. That'd be just shy of a grand a month to put into the CC for a while:D

Wishful thinkin, I know:haha:
