Anybody know where I can find new oil lines from block to oil cooler? Seems aftermarket makes one (the forward one I think) but not the other one. That seems dumb to me but five venders say that. Thanks for any info guys.:waytogo: 86 K5 6.2

Had the same problem. They told me only one hose because Dorman has one hose listed for the K5 and the other listed for a K10 pickup. They fit as I bought the pair and they are correct.

Just so everyone out there with a 6.2 knows, the two Dorman hoses, Part # 265-154 and 265-155 are the correct hoses and fit correctly. You can use the rear clamp off the manifold to hold them like the originals.

This needs to be added to the TECH ARTICLE sticky post...

I should have mentioned that I had to bend the clamp on the manifold slightly as the aluminum part of the hoses are slightly longer than the originals. About a 1/4" or so but just enough that you will have to bend the bracket out towards the left to bolt it on with the clamp. I will take some pictures and post.

Here are the pictures of the clamp I bent. You can see a slight "V" shape between the manifold bolt closest to the hose clamp and the hose clamp.
