Is it just the spacer from the axel to the bracket? I swear i saw te dementions of the two and they have the same backing plate bolt patern and dimentions? The reason i ask is i have an oppertunity to pick up a set of brackets real cheap but i have a SF and they are for the FF.

i have been looking into puting diskbrakes on my 14bsf for a while now. from what i can tell, the bolt pattern is the same. the spacing is alot more than a FF. im trying to find a rotor that will fit outside of the axle shaft, like the drum does, and with a deep hat so alot of spacing is not needed.

Yes, the issue is the distance from the brake backing plate flange to the rotor.

There is a vendor here that makes 14SF kits, the backing plates need to be welded in place because of the distance. IIRC it's over 1" off.
