Saw another thread here, made me think a bit....
Yes another year has past but another year has also begun!
But in retrospect it has been a hard year for many of you while we have doubled our size and sales, somehow I feel guilty? I am going to try and keep that in mind in everything we do this year and try and keep prices inline for everyone....
But why have certain companies done well while others have fallen off the face of the planet? One thing comes to mind immediately, pricing. Of the 2 Fab Part companies that spend any time here I can honestly say we both make a serious attempt to make a quality product & to keep pricing fair. Many of the bigger name companies are gone now because of just that....
I would also like to take this moment in time to state publically that Cert of DIY Fab is a great guy and makes fine parts, his is the kind of company I like to send customers to when I don't make something or am out of something. He plays Fair and Honestly, the same way I do and frendly competition is the best kind for you!
Looking back at this year we have made very big steps into new areas and had some big product releases but we didn't forget what we try to do the best, Customer Service, where would we be without you anyway?
