Diff Covers, Screaming Deals, new options available....

just ordered 2-14bff, a d44, and a metric assload of stuff to link my buddies jeep front and rear... i have got a greyrock "fall for all" deadline, so get my sh!t comin'... :D

I think none of you don't have a 14 Bolt axle......check out the new 14 Bolt Axle Swap kit......everything, including a cover and disk brackets.....$280

$9.45 for 2, $9.45 for 1 but we can fit 2 in the same box and weight dosen't matter.
 
Bracket for the rear brake line T

Could you make a bracket for the rear brake line T?

This bracket is bolted to the upper right hand area of the 14 blt cover useing 1 bolt. I'll take a picture of it tomorrow and send it to you.

I would like this bracket to use 2 of the cover bolts, allowing it to be more secure. I would also like all cover bolts to be counter sunk except the 2 for the bracket.

Is there a strength differance between counter sunk versus the reguler bolts?

I'll be ordering 2 covers, front Dana 60, 14 blt & the 14 blt top spring plates.

The countersunk are marginally stronger due to surface area of the bolt, the 82 degree more than doubles the surface area but the clamping power is improved by only approximately 15%, however 15% isn't 2% either.....

We can make it but I have a few questions.
 
Interesting little item.....

Made a Brake Line bracket for Ed here, think I will make them regularly, I will show a pic in a couple of days.....
 
Well, I will show a pic when I get someone else to take it.....

I am just not camera capable......Got a nice digital but I seem to be alergic to electronic things.....:o
