Hey all,

I've searched for a half hour on this and came up empty.

The rigs getting a frame off and I'm just mocking up my frame, body & rear suspension to A) confirm the right height once and for all and B) clearance the templates for the fuel/water tanks in relation to diff travel and underbody protection.

I need to get a measurement from the centre of the rear axle to the lower lip of the wheel arch of a standard truck or one with a fresh lift. Once I have this I can better replicate full suspension travel.

TIA

Jas

I did some rough calculations based on the ride height of a truck in another thread that I like the look of http://coloradok5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=210475

I came up with a overall height of 2000mm, with 430mm from the ground to the centre of the rear axle and then a further 570mm up to the wheel arch.

Looking at the truck linked, I think it has about a 4" lift as stock roof height is 1820mm and its shod with 33's.

Anyone disagree?
