Difference between 3/4t, 1t 14bolt FF

What is the difference between a 3/4t 14 bolt FF and a 1t 14 Bolt FF, Is it just the axle shafts?

The only difference is the position of the spring perches and shock mounts. Everything else is the same.

The spring perches and shock mounts are in a different place. The 3/4-ton version will bolt right into a K5. The 1-ton version requires some cutting and welding first.

Axle shafts are the same as long as they are single wheel axles. The dually had 2 different width axles, 1 was for a standard truck and 1 for a cab and chassie model. The difference is the brakes and the spring perch and shock mounts. I have seen 3/4 ton ones with the big brakes like the 1 ton but usually they are smaller.

3/4 tons can have either one of two different drum sizes. 11" and 13".
1 tons have 13" drums but are 3.5" wide, where the 3/4 ton 13" drums are only 2.5" wide.

Other than the spring perches and shock mounts being different, and the drum sizes, EVERYTHING ELSE IS IDENTICAL.
