Difference in frames between k30 and a k10?

i'll bring my calipers home on Friday and mic the frame on my one ton...in the meantime check this out. Pertains to 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton Suburbans in 2WD and 4WD.

The thinnest is the 2WD half ton at .151" (which is what my K5 frame mic's at) The thickest is the 3/4 ton 4Wd frame at .192".

I'm gonna guess the one ton frame is at least .192" if not a bit more.

1 ton is physically larger from the rear wheel well back at least. I had some pics of both, have to find them. It is taller and thicker.

The center of a 1 ton frame is different from 1/2 & 3/4 stuff. Between the front cab body mount and the forward hanger for the rear spring the frame channel is deeper top to bottom, I believe roughly 7" on the smaller frames and 11" on a 1 ton.
