difference in front springs??

is there a difference between the 88-91 blazer front springs and the pre-88 K10 springs?? if so, what? will 80's K10 lift springs fit on my '91 K5?

no but the 88-91 shackles are longer

there may be a difference in bushing and eyelet size.

yeah, i did know that the shackles were longer.... but that shouldn't effect what springs fit.... i got a guy wanting to trade his 4" K10 springs for my 2.5" springs.

88-91s use 1/2 inch bolts in the rear, earlier use 7/16

It's only the bushings and sleeves that are different (because of the bolts, like Tim said), the springs themselves are interchangable. If you do go to the smaller bolt bushings I'd swap the shackle too, otherwise you'll have a small bolt rattling around in a big hole.

ok, so i could keep my bushings, and put them into the older springs?
