Differences between 1/2t & 3/4t Dana 44 front dif?

besides 8 lug rotors, larger calipers, and disc brake plates? I want to know if i can convert the current 1/2t front dif to 3/4t without replacing it. From what i can find it looks like the spindle inboard is the same? Working on 72 1/2t.
