disc brake conversion challenge for you?

So, I would really like to do a disc conversion on my mud truck. The tcase brake functions great, but its only to hold me over till I figure out something else.

I would like to find a rotor that will work on this. But, everything I can find that is a 10-lug Budd pattern is HEAVY... way to HEAVY.

Any thoughts... ideas?
