I have brackets from ruffstuff

Do these part numbers from napa look good? Prices are from website not my local store.

Rotor - NB 4885677 - $41.49 x 2
Caliper - SDC 2422072 & 3 - $19.09 x 2 = $33 core x 2
Pads - TS TS7084AM - $22.99
Banko Bolt - UP 82701 - $3.99 x 2

Brake lines - UP 36832 - $15.99 x 2

or

Brake Lines - UP 36761 - $23.49 x 2

Not sure which brake lines to use.

Will I need anything else?

Are the wheel studs easy to remove?

all those # look good to me. i work at napa (at work right now, haha!). the UP 36832 is for a chevy chevette and a couple of pontiac applications, and the 36761 fits 1/2 and 3/4 ton trucks/blazers. i have been researching parts on my comp and i came accross TS 142-2022 and 142-2023 reman calipers W/ pads+hardware. as for removing the studs thred stock style lug nuts on just so they are flush with the end of the stud then beat them out with a bfh. the nuts will protect the threads if you want to reuse them.

So which brake line is best to use? I am assuming the 36761?

Is getting the loaded calipers a better way to go? They seem to be more expensive that way.

yep, very easy:
place hub/drum assembly on hard flat surface, with studs facing up
thread a lug nut onto a stud about 1/2 inch or so, then smack it with a 3-lbs hammer until it falls down (the nut protects the threads at end of stud- stock open end nuts work great for this)
remove nut, allow stud to fall through hole
repeat x 15 other studs

Will I need anything else?

check to make sure you can salvage your existing brake hardlines/flare fittings. For me, the flare nuts were chewed up, so i replaced them (less than $5 ea - anyone should have them)

i think the olny difference is they come with the pads and hardware, if you need it.
