disconnecting ABS how to please?

I have a 88 with 18" lift and no use for the stock ABS. so how do i disable it? also I've been reading on how to bleed the brakes and I'd prefer lay-man's terminology. I've heard gravity bleeding and i don't know if it works for this setup ie. crappy ABS.

take off fuse panel and remove the fuse in the abs section. then remove any power to the pump that might go to batt.

what about switching to 4 wheel disks. anyone got recomendations on what to do for that as well(you know for the master cylinder, valves, and such).
