I have seen others on the 4x4 forum convert their rear drum to disk on the 14bolt rear end. What is the best (ie CHEAPEST) way of doing this on the 2wds? Do you use the sane calipers or does anyone not know?

Good lord. The rod up that man's butt must have a rod up it's butt.

I think you use Dana 44 rotors and Cadillac Eldorado calipers from 73-76? Then the rest of the brackets and brake lines you need to fabricate yourself or buy some from a company like TSM.

I am not sure if you are familiar with ebay but here is a link to a seller who sells the backing plates and sends a list of parts neeeded to finish conversion. http://cgi6.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewListedItems&userid=doug100
