i would search for this question but i am on limitied time so i apologize
my question is that of a 1988 k5 blazer. the car runs great except for a couple of times each month the distributer will give me problems. my question is would it be smart to just replace the corroded distributer cap, replace the cap and components, or just replace the entire distributer. this is a newbie question so if my intelligence is completely off i apologize for that as well.
