Ok so I just got my MSD 6al and timing control mounted up in my glove box...

so ran the wires through the firewall....

all will be clean enough for me to be happy.. except for 1 thing...

the coil wires.... B- and C+ or got the +- reversed...
but my point is this...

the distributor has 3 pins closest to the distributor and 2 towards outside.. .1 of the outside is the tach...

so I have a wire that comes up and slides onto the tach...
red wire that went next to the tach had the factory plug...well that is cut off and now goes to the msd box...
great...

but since I have added the msd... I have 3 new wires...

black outside towards cab
black middle ground to cab
red outside towards front of truck

well these 3 puppies are really close...
do they make a universal plug where I can plug it in and crimp my wires to it?
I looked at summit racing but couldnt find anything...

normally I would keep it how I had it.. .just crimper end plugged in there.. but looking for something nicer as this is a pain in the ass to unplug all 3 then plug back in......

Thanks
Jeff

well duh.... sometimes I amaze myself...
when I actually get my brain working it is a beautiful thing..
I took my hei out as per the msd instructions... so then im sitting here searching summitracing.com.... and then I found this..

then I get thinking..
ok I have a tach and red wire that was hooked up... but what hooked the hei in.. then the brain started to fire up... and I remembered the hei that I took out looked exactly like that... so guess ill cut that plug up and splice it in!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!
