Here are a couple more pics. Since these were taken I have rotated both front and rear pinions down so the u-joint angles would match the t-case u-joint angles (the front doesn't match perfectly, as the pinion would have to point at the ground for this, but it is close enough to not have vibrations). This t-case sits about 2" closer to the ground than the 203 did and kills breakover angle. The lower clearance doesn't bother me though because all there is around here is mud. If you do rocks and clearance is a problem you could mount the t-case a little higher in the frame and clock it up (free clocking ring?) to make the front shaft have an angle similar to that of the rear. These are just a couple more things to consider.
