Lets here yours, here is mine.

Front Dana 60
Clean paint and re install the knuckles, spindles, rotors.
Grind brake calipers and mounting brackets to fit 15" wheels.
Replace U joints and Stub shafts with 35 SPLINE STUBS /forums/images/icons/grin.gif
Put in new Warn 35 spline hubs.
Install ORD Crossover steering arm
Install Rockstomper Rockrod.
Adjust drag link for D 60 crossover.


Tires/ Wheels
Mount and balance (gonna try BB's) the 39.5x15.5x15 TSL's on 15x10 wheels.

Rear Axle
Build and weld on new spring perches.
Weld on new shock mounts.
Clean and paint.

Suspension
Remove front springs and re grease all bushings, drill new center pin hole 1.5" forward to move the axle forward.

Grease rear springs and add a couple of leaves from an old set of springs I have to get rid of some sag.

Modify tire carrier for 15x10 8 lug wheel and LARGE HEAVY TIRE!

Hmm, I think thats about it for the major stuff, got to remove a bunch of accumulate junk and repack the old girl.

Change oil, check fluids, crap like that. Oh. Gonna have to do some major brake bleeding when the new axles are in.

Lock rite for the front,
New shock mounts for the front & rear,
Relocate front brake lines,
Maybe do x-over,
All the usual maint items, and
Watch the weather-put the doors & top back on if its going to be like last year.
No time left to swap cases, that will have to wait for another day.
 
If I do go, I need to:

build some track bars for the rear axle
Rent/borrow/steal a tow vehicle
rent/borrow/steal a trailor
Need to get a Hydro Ram from WTO to replace my AGR one. Even with the AGR assist, I can't steer in some situations. The RAM leaks a little.
Fix up a few miscellaneous stuff
and I'm ready.
 
Well I feel a lot better about my list knowing Deps and Keiths.
Mine is make some slider extensions (but there is a CUCV in the way /forums/images/icons/grin.gif )
Rebuild this other carb to see if it will run nose up.
Build half doors or at the very least make a removable pin for my doors.
Install Warn Winch I hope to have a good start on that tonight and finished by tomorrow bed time. My wicnch bumper is virgin and need all the holes drilled and the slot cut for the Fairley. Cutting 1/4 plate is so much fun with a ziz wheel.
Install warn shafts hopefully with CTM's
Build a new gate for my Redneck camper.
Finish other odds and ends on redneck camper like getting it wired for power and install some curtains.
Give the rest of the truck a once over.
Hopefully have time to install Disc rear brakes and a line locks. At the very least the rear brakes need some attention. I'm a little concerned about messing with the Discs just before Dixie run and working out the bugs. Last thing I need is a brake problem there.
Extend front shock mounts but that may have to wait.
If I extend front shock mounts I have to get some extended brake lines.

new shocks
race seats/5 point harnesses installed
half doors finished/primed
Tools sorted/cleaned/loaded
Service both the K5 and the K2500 (trailer is good to go)
Rock lights wired back up

that will at least get me going through this weekend??

Ok, not much but here it is......

Warn 9500HSi mounted on the front with one of "those" KMA bumper setups. I re-inforced the outers using the stock corner brakets (modified)

48" Hi-lift.

Both front and rear are using 4.56 gears......

1ton CV driveshaft in the rear coming fromn a converted 241.

4" lift and a most generous amount of fender trimming.

No gay-bar I mean sway bar.

Also, have no rocker what so ever on the passenger side.

Thats about it for now.

P.S. Glenn I have the funds for the 400 now. I'll be getting that out in the mail to you in the next couple of days. I'll see if I can't get pops to swing out and get it this weekend, or I'll come get it myself at least by the following weekend.


Keith, you still got that 400 with the 203 setup? I may have a buyer here in nashville. How much was you wanting for it?

I need to replace my drag link and replace the seals in the steering box. Re-install the skid plate and replace the dust shields for the rear drum brakes.
Im sure there is more but thats about it for now. Less I can get that 400 from Glenn in and installed.
 
Find a clutch/flywheel/pressure plate and pedals.
Find slip-yoke driveshaft.
Get tailhousing for 205 back from Donovan.
Find 4.56 gears and detroit for 14b.
Wait for 8-lug conversion parts to arrive.
Go pick up BRAND NEW 39.5x15x16.5 SS TSL's for $500.
Install 8-lug conversion, 14b, 465/205 and pedals.
Have driveshaft cut to fit new assembly.
Twin-stick the 205.
Build a rollcage.
Ditch receiver hitch.
Modify homebuilt front bumper (this oughta be fun).
Ditch the hardtop.
Line the interior.
Mount 60" Hi-Lift. (If you want one, I can get them for $52 at the local Agri-Supply.)
Steal spare front axleshafts from 10 bolt in the back.
Install the 1/8" thick front diff cover.
Either buy shackles from Echobit and 2.5" rear springs, or figure out how to get every bit of flex from 8" springs on it now.
And put on CK5 stickers.
I doubt I'll have it all done by then.

DONE already, since i got back from orlando...

doubler installed/triple sticked/nearly flat belly...came through floor a little.
rear axle: clean/inspect/shave/paint/zero-rate offsets/new teflon pads/reinforced cover.

I was thinking of going; Ed(REBEL88) even offered to trailer me from his place in Virginia to Tellico, but my doubler was suppose to be here this week and now I was told that it will not ship till the end of next week, which really means in like a week and a half to two weeks. I need to get driveshafts made and with nothing there, I cannot measure anything up. Plus, I do not have my rear springs done yet either. I have just to much crap to do to even try to wheel there. I might drive down just to spectate and take pictures.
