Is anyone running this flip and if so do you have pics. I would like to see some more pics of this mounted on a truck.

It's not 100% straight behind but it's pretty damn close.

the new ones have DIY4X cut into the center part where the holes are. but, im sure that kert can cut anything you want in there.

I dont want to say one isn't as good as the other cause they both look good and well I dont have either and want to buy them this week, but what are the differences in ORD and Diy4x flips besides the design, any pros-cons.

DIY4x, you can make you own shackels, and ajust them to leanght, no holes to drill, backing plates.

and hell with the new DIY4x cut out that perma sticker gotta add 10HP to your ride:haha:

The shackles aren't limited to the stock-style w/ the ORD flip.

i just got a bunch of parts from kert and they are going on this weekend. i can tell you from what i have seen he makes very good parts and those shackle flips look like they are unbreakable.

Alright I see I like the idea of the 6 inch shackles. I want 6 inches of lift so this says it will give me roughly 5 inches. So a zero rate and it is done right? Does Diy4x make zero rates? And final question I think... With this set up and 6 inch TC springs in the front with no sway bar, what size shocks should I go with? I was gonna order springs and shocks from ORD so any idea.

Im sure he can... the dude can fab. Zero rates ain't gonna even be a challenge.

Pick a model of shock that fits your needs and then buy the longest one they make and custom mount them.

Zero rates are simple enough but I don't have any 1" material on hand currently. I may have to look into getting some, and thanks for all the comps guys!

Thank you all for the replies. I should be picking up either some ord shackle flips or diy sf soon.

Here is what I did with my shocks and diy flip. The brackets I used for the shocks are also from DIY. The upper mount is the same Ford bracket commonly used on the front of K5's to mount up 15"ers.
