DIY Bushings?

Does anyone have a part number for the DIY shackle flip bushing? I bought the energy performance bushing part number 3.2126g and there is a little too much play when i test fit them. I searched but didnt come up with any part numbers.

I didnt purchase the bushings from kert. I bought them locally.
