I have DIY leaf spring plates front and rear on my Blazer, srw 14b/d60 combo. I'm having a problem with the rear driver side spring plate tearing into my shock body on that side, I like the nice beefy design but they seem a little larger than need be and the corners are razor sharp. Anybody else have this problem?

Too dark here to get a pic with my phone right now, I'm not knocking Kurt his stuff is nice, just wondering if any body else had this situation.

My shocks are miles away from my spring plates. Maybe you're shock mounts aren't in the stock location? I do round off all the sharp edges on stuff I buy, but it's more to prevent me slicing my hands up later when I'm working on it.

I had this issue on my front shocks. I just took a grinder and trimmed a corner after I noticed it.
