I have a buddy that bought a pre-cut 1/4" plate cover 3/8" ring , the kind that needs fitting & welding. In the welding process he managed to warp it about a 1/16-1/8", being a perfectionist this would not do so he ordered a GLO cover and never looked back. Now it's collecting dust and needs to go, It could be used as-is or pressed flat. I also considered machining the flange but lost interest.
It has never had the plug boss welded in but is included.
