I asked that question a while ago and was told that Yes, stock size springs with work with them.

You need to trim your bushings down so they fit in the narrower bracket. Also the spring will move forward some. Notice the rear most hole on that bracket and then look at where your spring mounts currently relative to the body mount.
If you're buying new, I'm sure they can be made to be in stock position.

Yeah, looking like it's different. Oh well, worth a shot!

these are built for the 2.5" wide spring market with a 3" bushing width . stock front tapper out fatter at the ends and are over the 3" width range .

if you need to i am sure kirt would build a set for wider spring bushing widths as its all bent and welded in shop .

We can build wider however, we can only go in the outboard direction.

I need the same thing for my '78 Blazer. Can the mounts be changed for what we need? Will the wider mounts slide over and fit under the frame? Can the under frame brackets be modified to fit?

I have also heard that you can build a set of these B52-hangers to hang down 1-inch more than the stock hangers, which will give 1-inch of lift, and turn the diff up more towards the transfer case.

1" at one hanger = 1/2" difference, you'd have to mod front AND rear to achieve 1". Also, dropping a single hanger can mess with caster.

1/2" is OK. Caster is something I need to deal with at sometime anyway.

They can not be made to slide under the frame. If they are made wider, it is only in the outboard direction. To go under the frame would be an entirely different product. Doable but costly.

We avoid this as much as possible. 1" today, tomorrow somebody is asking for 10" of drop. Yes, it has been requested, lol.

Can I purchase the body mount, the wider spring perch, and frame bracket, separately?

I should post a picture of the pieces. I doesnt go together like that.

Inside of the spring hanger is on the frame bracket. Top of the body mount is on the frame bracket.
