Called 4wheel parts today and had them overnight some wheels on they're dime. I ordered them a month ago... They're weren't any in the warehouse but there were some in florida.
"Dur duhhhh I have some in floryduh. I can have them there by next tuesday."
"How about you overnight them or I take my business elsewhere. You've had these the last month and they aren't on my doorstep....why?"
"I'll see what I can do"
They were here at 11am.
Anywaysss. Teasers.

looking good,
I asked before, but maybe Kurt, you can answer.
Have you, or anyone ever thought of tacking the nuts to the back side of the innner ring?
and fyi that rim has good far from the edge valve hole.
you can prob thank me now for no valve notch in the beadlock ring.![]()
OH Yeah! Stop the teasin'
Very seriously considered it. Fact of the matte is, eventually a bolt head will get some rock rash or the bolt will rust stuck with the nut or what have you and need to be replaced. It's inevitable no matter what type of fastener you use.
The standard hex head bolt and nyloc nut is the simplest means to fasten them together and keep things servicable later.
For instance, a boogered up bolt head can be ground off and pushed out the back side. Then simply replace.
Countersunk bolts. Went through this one myself. Heads are recessed but a rock will still get into that allen head socket and make it so ugly you can't get a wrench in it. Now you're kinda stuck. It takes alot of creative sweating to get that replaced.
With the nut welded on the back side, you've eliminated another means of extracting the bolt.
Yeah good pointsx and as often as tires are changed the nut bolt system is fine
Although captured nuts would be very convenient
I'm sure it's been covered, but how much width do the beadlocks add to a wheel? And has anyone had an issue losing inner beads on 16.5s with the beadlocks?
