Well, I got these late last summer and I finally finished added a few things and painting them and mounted them up.
I painted them with DuPont Imron (The same stuff I used on my Chassis).
Why it took me so long? Because I'm slow. I really wanted them last fall because the location of the winch mount connector in the back was holding up my wiring. I have main 2ga feeds back there and my stereo amps and inverter all terminate inside those winch connector housing, plus the trailer connector location determined all the terminations for all the little stuff, brake/tail lights...etc. So I got the bumpers roughly fit, then continued my wiring. Just in the last few weeks I came back to the bumpers to finish them.
I need to take better pictures outside..but these are decent for now.
Here his standard rear, modifications were the light hole, whcih Kert did for me, and the square hole for the winch/air/trailer connectors. Kert cut the hole, but I fabbed all the little brackets in there to hold the trailer, winch and air connectors. That took days.
I still need to add flip down license plate holder, it will cover the winch/air/trailer connector
And his front, which I take it was a first for him. I told him roughly what I was looking for and he came up with this.
I added an H1 brush guard, which I shortened because the K5 is a couple of feet less width than an H1, slight bent the edges to match the bumper contours, welded on some light tabs and mounted it the same way it's mounted on H1's, it flips down so my fiberglass front clip can tilt forward, has t-lock pins. I used a reamer for those holes to keep it super tight. No looseness at all=no rattles.
There's also a winch and air connector up front there.
