Did a little fitting on the new rear bumper after work. It amazes me how perfect kert makes these things. Sure makes it nice to unwrap something and have it bolt right into place. Ill definatly post some finished pictures but wanted to put a few up in case anybody has any interest.

35 1250 15 . Too broke for starting on the 8 lug stuff but there will be plenty of room to fit 37s.

Lookin' good. You're moving fast!

What color are you powder coating it? How do you like the assisted lift?

Kert you get all the credit for how quick everything is going together. couple smacks with the hammer to straighten up my frame and the bumper pretty much slid into place. The best part of the whole deal was that the bolt holes lined up perfectly.
The color is a semi gloss black. It's supposed to be flat but it's got a little shine to it. Guess that is how powder coat is?
The spring assist is really nice. Before you know it you will be hanging linear actuators in there to lift the tire up and down for us lazy types. But it really lightens the tire for both opening and closing. My wife took the tire for a test drive and she didn't seem that impressed with the assist until I unbolted it and made her take it off the mount. Of course then she really understood how nice it is.

Looks great! Maybe its me OCD but the only thing that would bother me is the lights not being parallel with the top of the bumper

I deffinately want one:eek1: Now I'm gonna have to save for that too:doah:

and I like the slanted lights:waytogo:
