I can't wait to mount my tires. I'm gonna clearcoat the rings so they retain the raw steel look. Until I get home though they're just taking up space in my DD.

Diff covers look great. I should have asked him to see one when I was at the shop the other day. Did you end up scrapping your original cage? Too short for you?

Cage is sitting in my storage for now. Had a short friend interested in it, but haven't talked to him in weeks. And yes it was to short for me. The new cage will be tied bumper to bumper trought the firewall and several frame mounts. Going to cost a good bit of $$ Droped a $1000 down deposit today:doah::eek1:

Looks good! Gotta love the color! I want to paint an entire truck that color!!

Shackle angle looks perfect!

learn me on them there shackle flips. I know they add some lift and articluation (right?) but I have heard that they can affect road manners quite dramatically.

I know most aren't concerned about road manners but although my truck isn't my DD it is still driven on the street to get to trails etc.

Can sumon edumacate me?

Nice looks just like mine:D . I gotta get a shim for mine as I dont have a CV shaft. I see you have a flange on your t-case so you wont have that problem:bow: . Kert makes some good products:D .

looks great. i got my diy4x flip and 56's sitting in the garage. they go on as soon as i get my spring bushings from ord.

one question, how much lift do you have in the front? you have a 1" zero rate on the rear? does it sit level?

ive got 6" up front, and im using a 1.5" zero rate for out back under the 56's. im hoping im not gonna be too low in the ass end.

I have a 4" spring in front and I sag a little in the rear. Not much but it is noticeable. Check the before and after thread there are pics in there or my gallery. I have to shim my pinion down so I am just gonna get tapered zero rates to do both at the same time:D. Just gotta find a few angles so I know which ones to get.

Up front I have 4" BDS springs, a 4 degree tapered zerorate "gives about 3/4" lift and moved the axle 1.5" forward", and the ord heavy duty fronts shackles.

The rear is the DIY4X shackle flip w/ 6" shackles, Stock 56" springs flipped backwards, ORD zerorate "Moved axle 1" forward" Axle sits 3" back from stock. Could not move the axle the full 4" back due to Diff cover to gas tank clearence.

With empty gas tank and nothing in the bed the rear sits a little taller, but should sit level once I get more weight back there.
