i have a DIY4X rear shock inboarder for the truck style and i no longer have a truck. i would like to trade for the blazer one or take highest offer. if you dont know what it looks like or is look at DIY4X website. thanks

Any idea how the truck version differs from a K5?

from Kurt's site it looks like the truck version angles lower to probably clear something, as the blazer version is straight across.
