Do 3/4 ton springs add any lift on a half ton??

I just bought a used set of rancho 4 inch lift springs and I also have a set of rear 3/4 ton springs from an 82ish pick up. Will installing the 3/4 ton springs on my 87 v10 suburban add any lift??

Assuming the top leafs match in length (both 56") then you'll gain a little height from the added thickness of the 3/4 ton spring pack (probably 1"~1.5" additional).
