Should it be a practice to have leaf springs re-arched while installing new bushings? If so how do I figure what they should be arched at? How do I figure if I need them re-arched?

If you have to ask that question, I think it's time for a new set, IMHO.

answer is simple. search function+garage section+read all threads == big wast of money. like above if you ask this take that money and buy a new pack. and best replace in pairs.

Yours look fine, just clean them, replace the bushings, and go.
