Do TBI K5's in Cali have smog pump

Im looking at getting a TBI blazer and am wanting to know did they have a smog pump with AIR injection into the manifolds. Id like to get headers and not have to deal with it and/or spend $$$ for headers with AIR injection. My cousin had a TBI Z71 and it didnt have AIR injection manifolds, we were able to throw some cheap shorty headers on. But I want full lengths and dual exhaust. Tho all I seem to find are dual 2 1/4" exhaust kits, would like a mandrel bent dual 2 1/2" header back kit.

My 89 blazer with TBI does not have AIR. Every TBI blazer i've seen doesn't have AIR either but i'm not sure about the new body style trucks.

My '88 K5 DOES have AIR injection and runs a tube to the #1 and #2 cylinders at the exhaust manifolds. I could not pass smog without it.

My '87 also had air on it from the factory, and just an FYI for you. I dont know if you plan on going duals but the smog nazis in cali wont let you pass if it has true duals, because factory TBI rigs had single.

My 90 Suburban does not have A.I.R., but it has federal emissions. Myabe CA emission trucks have AIR pumps

Mine is an 87 with federal emissions and it has an air pump. I think maybe the serpentine setups do not have air and the old style does have air. That would make 88 and down smog pump motors.

Someone posted a link to online emissions labels awhile back didn't they? From autozone or someone similar? I would think those would show crystal clear what was used on which vehicles/years.

Oh there are ways... I have NO cats on my 2000 Mustang GT, and on my last Blazer had a 400+ Horse 383. Before I would just do some work every 2 years to get the cert. Now I know about the counties that dont require smog expect when selling.
