Do the 90s K5 blazer front seats bolt directly into a 78 K5 blazer floor?

I don’t believe so, I had 89-91 seats in my 82 and used 1 of the front holes and then drilled 3 new ones.

For sure not the passenger from newer to older, newer slides forward so is bolted in four places, whereas earlier was two bolts and simply tilts.

With the cracked floors so many seem to have, just bolting new in would seem to be a potential issue over time.

I forgot about the passenger flip/fold. Mine had flat base conversion van seats with only 2 bolts...previous owner. I welded small pieces of flat bar/nuts underneath the new holes I needed similar to the factory’s method. No issues in the 10yrs before cage mounted prp’s.
