Hy guys
Need some advice on this muffler, seems to be (as the papers say) a REMUS muffler (very common on sportscars here in Europe), but I need to change it for a Flowmaster 70series, as it is NOT loud at all...can't hear the V8 sound.:(

Any suggestions for the new muffler? Muffler now has 1 entrance and 2 exits as u can see

thank ya all for help

Flowmaster makes a 1 in 2 out. Shouldnt be hard to find at all. Just measure all your pipe size.

Great link, I appreciate!

Which series do you prefer? Some told me about 70series, as they are nice sound but not too loud (severe law regulations in switzerland...)

from my understanding the 70 series are pretty quite... a bit more noisy than stock, but not much... pretty large muffler iirc...

I'm gonna run a 50 personally... pretty quite idle, but opens up some when ya get into the pedal...

Why not go with a dyno proven muffler like a stainless Magnaflow?

Got this off another forum where they did a comparison same truck same day. 3" flowmaster SI/SO vs a Magnaflow 3" SI/SO

8HP and 6tq difference at the wheels, Magnaflow on top. Thats the only muffler I use in my racing junk these days. The longer the muffler, the more quiet it will be even though its straight through design. Same thing goes with the diameter of the body. Smaller the diameter, the louder it will be (in most cases). I did two long 3" magnaflows on my old 496 and without cats, it was still pretty loud.
