doesn't seem to be much info on these as the gm and ford 205s.
what pattern does it have? did they ever have a rear slip yoke? what front output spline?
i found one fairly cheap about 1.5 hours away and don't want to drive there for nothing.

Can't answer your questions but i do know that Dodge ran both a married and a divorced 205.

Round pattern--same as Gm 208/241
No rear slip yoke; fixed yoke only
32 spline front output

Fairly scarce, and worth getting if price is under $200.

They are not round pattern. They use the 8-bolt pattern. 23 spline mostly - 29 behind a Cummins. Not sure the spline on a divorced.

this is a married setup of a tf727 i think. unsure of year, but i may just have to go look at it. i also know of a divorced ford 203   :1zhelp:

The dodge married 205's use a spline sleeve like the majority of the SM465/205 combo's out there. However, theirs didn't suck like GM's did. I know that the 29 spline version (which I think came behind just the getrag 5 speed in the early 90's 3/4 and 1 tons w/ cummins) can fetch a pretty penny for the entire setup.

keep in mind that dodge 205s are drivers side drop so they dont work with GM front axles

There are no Dodge driver-drop 205s. They are all passenger drop.
