Dodge d60 help

I have a dodge d60 with the external hubs. After exploding two hubs today I decided something needs to change. Does anyone know where I can find drive flanges for this or have some made (d60 bible reference)? I know I can swap out for Chevy knuckles but the expense of knuckles, spindle, stub shaft, hub, etc is not an option for me right now. Any help would be appreciated!!

WFO Concepts has them too.
 
You only need to swap wheel hubs and locking hubs. Everything else can stay.

But you can sometimes find them used on eBay if you don't want new.
 
my buddy was 100% sure he would be fine with his brand new selectros on his dodge 60 with 44" tires . . . less than 5 min play time and BOOM they went .

I swapped him over to gm hubs and drive slugs . no more problems then .

#sweetk30 I can relate. I was fine last year with worn down tires but this was my first trip out on new 40" swampers combined with that performance tuned 7.4l was too much. Lasted almost an hour, put spare on and it lasted 5 min.
 
I run a Dodge 60 in mine. I just swapped on Chevy dually hubs. Even reused my GM lockouts.
 
I was thinking last night.... All the after market ones are going to be 35 spline, and the stock ones are 30 spline. So unless you can find some stock ones, your going to have to upgrade your outer shafts to 35 spline.
You can get the stock 30s broached out to 35. The only place I could find to do that was DanaTrac ( That 15 years ago ) they told me they might shatter in the process.
 
Found a buddy that thinks he had a set of 30 spline lockouts laying around. He is looking today
 
I might have the parts from his that blew up . If I do you can have them . there selectro also .

but if me and keeping dodge outer hubs go flange . or swap to gm stuff.
 
I just swap my flanges on if I know I'll going to be doing more than just cruising dirt roads or light mud.

Super inconvenient tho.
 
Couldn't find any so I fabbed my own. Used the original gear with the spline on it from the blown hubs and some 1/2" plate steelView attachment 261010

Update:

Took the k5 out this last weekend and got it buried till the doors couldn't open. Flanges held up great. Unfortunately it took 3 jeeps with big blocks to pull my ass out.
 
My phone was dead. My buddy took some but with an old flip phone so they suck but here goes. ..
