I might be buying a front D60 from a 91 Dodge pickup truck for my 1988 k5 blazer if it is not too much work. From what I understand the spring perch will be off by an inch on the Axle ? Any tips on how to correct this with the least amount of effort?
I plan on running this axle with the following, Crossover steering with hydro assist and 4inch lift leaf springs.

Thanks

you can buy offest spring bushings and it will all line up. or you can just pull the springs together and bolt it down.

i have a dodge d60 in my blazer all i did was bolt the leafs to the axles then just a little bit of prying to get it to bolt into the shackles nothing crazy really simple theres also another way u can drill the holes on each perch 1/4" in to make up for the 1/2" diff in spring plate width

Brake lines should bolt up, driveshaft might need a conversion joint, and the shock mounts will need to be worked. Nothing that is too hard tho....

That axle will have balljoints and will therefore need a different crossover steering arm than most of us use. I'm sure they exist but I don't know where to get them.

the dodge dana 60's were still kingpin up to 93, not sure about the 94+.

ratchet strap and a high lift. I have done two and even though the Dodge perches are narrower, for some reason (probably a funky frame) we had to spread the leaves on one. its pretty easy don't even worry about it
