where are dodge engines accually made i say japan my friend seys germany wtf

You talkin' modern Dodge motors or the old 360's, 318's and slant sixes?

As for the new engines, the 5.7 Hemi's produced Stateside, but probably on Dodge's smaller cars whose platforms are also used by Mitsubishi, I'd say those cars have Mitsubishi-made engines. I won't be suprised if in the next few years Chryslers start being made with Mercedes-produced engines. As far as I know, Mercedes is already using the Hemi in one of THEIR vehicles.

the cummins is manufactured, made, and assembled here in the states for most of the engine. im sure some small parts and most the plastic stuff is out of country, my guess would be mexico as thats where the trucks are assembled.

as for the rest of the new engines, i dunno...

Daimler Chrysler has a deal to start using Hyundai engine in their small cars. I hope they dont do it.
