Dodge NP241D swap?

I found a 241D out of a 92 Dodge 3/4 ton. It looks like it already has a fixed yoke on it.

Will this be a direst swap for the 241 in my 1990 K5?

Input spline count the smae?
Speed sensor the same?
etc.

The input will be wrong, i think the bolt circle is opposite of GM (hole pattern has one hole offset) not sure if it is mechanical or electric speedo
