What was the first year for them and what were the years they were full convertible? Any Ramcharger experts here?

Ramchargers ran from '74-93, removeable hardtops ran from '74-80.

I heard somewhere that '74s were the only year they didn't have full doors, so a '74 Ramcharger would have the same doors as say a '74 Blazer fulltopper. But then it would require a special top for that year too...

In '75 they went to full doors, making it somewhat less of a full convertible even though the whole top could be removed, making them look a little odd with no top but a full doorframe.

My bud had one with a cage painted the same color as the exterior and it made the door tops or window bar or whatever it's called almost disappear.
