does a 68 chevelle have a 8.2 or 8.5 10 bolt

Im selling my 3.73 gears on ebay and some asked me this I have a 68 chevelle whit a 10 bolt dif in the back. I want to change my 3.08 ratio whit a 3.73 ratio but i don't know if it's a 8.5 or 8.2. Can you help me? does anyone know????

65-69 were the 8.2

I'm fairly sure it is an 8.2". From what I have read, 8.5 didn't come out until '70 or '71.

According to my information, it is a 8.125" ring gear. Close enough to a 8.2".

The 12 bolt is a 8.875"
