i mounted this in the ceiling, now i have 14 feet of cord that will reach anywhere in my garage.:D cost: 25 bucks and a little time:D

Those things are great. I did same thing, but added a retractable droplight also. The light is very convenient for storing my broken lightbulbs.:doah:
 
Nice, I need one. What are the dimensions? Where did you get that, haven't seen one before...

I also have a retractabe drop lite for storing my broken bulbs... :crazy: I use it most often for an extension cord, but it can't take many amps unless it is fully extended. With it still partly coiled it can over heat too easily (don't ask me how I know).

i got it at home depot, they were 45 dollars, but they were marked down to 24 dollars. we only have 2 left.
