9012 is just a part # for a 9000 for a 12in. lift. Any 4x4 place should be able to get them for you. I was quoted about $75 each.

I just relocated my shock mounts last night. 9012's look great and the truck is parked outside the shop with one tire over 46 inches in the air. The flex is awsome. I look at everything on CK5 over and over again and used the write ups all the time. The only thing I had to change was the amount of the mount I used, My truck has a larger lift then the write up truck so my mount didn't need to be lengthened as much. I purchased the shock mounts new from ford for under 20.00 a set. I thought some one on the site said ford discontinued them but my supplyer has 13 pairs in stock. I found my 9012's at Advanced auto parts for 64.99 per shock and a 30.00 rebate on the purchase of four.

I just relocated the rear chocks on my truck last weekend. Don't have a write-up on it but I do have pics. Link to my web page in my sig. There is a link there to the pics.

I did the same shock setup a while ago. I love the extra flex it gave. I used the 5012's (couldnt afford the 9012s) and the ride is awesome. Nice and soft and flexy. The 5012s are not stiff by any means. Spring rates play the major role in how stiff your suspension is.... I've verified that with my rig.
