Does anyone know anything about this truck?

I came across this pic in another post, and I am wondering if anyone knows anything about the front suspension/axle? Or who owns it? The front axle looks like it may be from an earlier Ford because of the way the drag link connects to the tie rod... and I can't see any leaf springs either. Any info would be great...
