Should be a full floating 14 bolt. Count the number of bolts in the diff cover.

is it 2x4 or 4x4? how many lugs is it 6 or 8 if its six lug it will be a 14sf if its 8 it will be a 14ff if it is 4x4 it will have a 10bolt front
For an '84 3/4 ton Burb, it will have the 10 bolt front and 14 SF rear. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
Second the SF here...and 6 lug 14's weren't found under anything til 88 or so with the new body style.

The rear is a 14b, I thought it was SF with 8 lug and 15 inch rims fitting on it. They are pretty tight but they do fit. I'm still having trouble telling the difference between a 10b and 44, so I was really wondering about the front.
