why the ford 60 draglink is bent???i understand its for clearance of the cover but does that mean you can add a rock rod and a diffrent cover and avoid contact???here is a pic for refrence...

IIRC the distant between the tierod and kingpin is closer or shorter on the Ford's, Dodge and GM is longer, if that makes sense....
