Does anyone make a 4 link truss for a semi floating 14 bolt?

No love for the semi floaters?

:haha::haha: You got that right. It was hard enough to get someone to do the disk brake kit back when I did mine.

Kert at DIY4X can prob fab one up or check with Dan at Ruffstuff.

I don't get why not! These axles are beefy, and offer better ground clearance. Are people that scared of the concept of a c-clip? haha

C-Clip.. Yes scared!!!!.
The way I see it my disk brakes will prob hold my axle in, enough to get off the trail anyway. But then again it would take alot to brake a SF axle.

Id run a semi-floater axle if the bearing was pressed on the axle and was held in by a retainer and not a c-clip...

C-clips aren't that big a deal. Hell, you're already carrying a Hi-lift anyway.:D Had to do this on a 'burb before, but this time it was on a Heep.:doah:

haha, nice! I love trail ingenuity :D

I can understand the fear running a 10 bolt, considering their strength, but these 14 bolt semi floater axles are made of beef! I can't see myself busting them with 37s

BTW, if any of you decide to use that trick I posted, be sure to oil or grease the sidewall of the tire, and don't pull the straps too tight. That Jeep is getting a D44 front and 9" rear real soon.:D
I agree on the 14SF, they are not anywhere near as weak as the 10B. I would trust it a lot, especially with some alloy shafts in it. My junk has a 14FF cuz that's what it came with, but the ground clearance of a 14SF sure would be nice sometimes.

Ive been looking for the same thing on my rig as well. Well even just a antiwrap bar would help!
