does anyone make an 04 chevy 2500hd S.A.S. kit?

I may be buying an 04 2500hd and would like to look into an SAS setup. I'm sure someone makes one but . I'd actually prefer a long arm IFS kit($$$) with longer shafts and such, but cant find one of them either.

It says "88-98 and newer" on here but this might work. I'd contact them about it...ORD
