having a hard time finding any new silverado 81-up style door panels for manual doors.
blue ones if it matters.

are they made yet?

all i see are plain base model ones.

we need the ones with the brushed aluminum upper panel piece, and pull strap, and lower pocket

also any one who makes any of these parts in correct form ??

we are trying to completely retore our 82 k10 short fleet and money is no object at this point, the original bench seat completely redone for 300 is done and ready and we are buying all new other parts as well

1200 bucks in tires and wheels 33" done already now, brand new crate engine, done, th350 converted and rebuilt, done,.

entire replacement body or repaired original all done,

interior blue parts is the problem now,.

please get a hold of me if you know where clean or new silverado blue stuff is

thanks for anything

As a general rule I would be against painting/dyeing interior parts.

However If you purchase a NOS GM dash pad, you'll have to dye it/paint it. My dash pad was like 98% of them:cracked. I bought one and had the color matched at my local PPG auto paint supplier. Turned out great.

I also had great luck several years ago doing the same thing with some Ford plastic door panels on a '73 F-250.

While it would be nice to find the correct color ones, it is possible to change the color. If done correctly they should last.

I didnt even know they made Silverado manual doors. I always thought Silverado was power stuff. Both of mine are. :dunno:

I don't know of anyone who sells complete panels. The only option for the panels are manual or power and color. Everything else is seperate: all trim, cranks, arm rest, pockets and carpet kick panels would need to be ordered to match your trucks trim level.
